She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at GRMERC — now Corewell Health — in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).

With 16 years of clinical experience — including extensive hospital medicine — Dr. Sumedha developed deep expertise in managing complex and acute medical conditions. Driven by a desire to build lasting relationships with her patients, she transitioned to primary care — bringing that same depth of knowledge to everyday health and wellness.

Her goal is simple: to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to every patient, every visit.
